Item one: Ecological garden hotel

    Our community will invest 30 million Yuan to establish Yuntougu ecological restaurant on the north of the community. This item has been considered as a key project of Qingdao. This project takes areas of 17000 square meters as construction area. The restaurant lies in the east of Wangsha Road, the side of Baiwangtai Reservoir with superior geographical position. 308 national road (Qing-Ying Highway) is in the west of the restaurant which is 8 kilo meters away from Liuting International Airport. The traffic is very convenient. This project is designed, constructed by Shenyang Xiayan Gardening art design institution. After the completion, the project is rent to the outside. Our community is one of the demonstrations of 100 building a new socialist countryside selected in the countryside. And we are the only one enterprise in Qingdao. The development and construction of this project has gained much supports from the government and we are searching for the partners.
