Yuntougu Community is located in west foot of Laoshan which is the national level scenic spot. It takes areas of 2800 mu and has 360 residents, 1023 people. Ten years ago, the village’s collective economy was weak; the basic establishment was old and aging.     Our community strengthened the attracting investment, established the perfect industrial community, and successfully introduced 21 enterprises at home and abroad. We cumulatively made use of foreign capital 38 million dollars and domestic capital 1.8 billion Yuan to solve over 200 labors employment problem of the community. The community took this opportunity and established employee apartment taking areas of 8000 m2. By renting the apartment, the collective income was increased to 100 thousand Yuan. Fuhong Vegetables & Foods Co., Ltd. invested by the community has the only one automatic processing production line which was invested 20 million Yuan of the whole province. The daily output of bean sprout is 60 tons.     The community not only expedited the development of economy, but also paid attention to the construction of basic establishment. It invested 44 million Yuan to rebuild the old village; and set up 20 settlement buildings which took areas of 71 thousand m3. The per capital living space was 50 m2. It invested 12 million Yuan to build the Yuntougu primary school which complied with the standard of provincial standard. The community invested 11 million Yuan to carry the “Five Step Construction” into execution, especially the high standardized virescence of over 20 thousand m2, laying two thousand meters of sewage pipelines, 1.2 million Yuan investment of introducing the natural gas, which improved completely the people’s life quality and environment level.
