Yuntougu is located in the west root of Shimenshan which is the west branch of Laoshan. It has lush vegetation and numerous historical sites. Look at the Yuntougu scenic spot; it has elegant geographical environment and humanistic landscapes. Stand on the Dagu Spot Park and overlook, it has picturesque scene; the stony gate and smoke cloud are in the east, Taihe scenic spot, Fahai Temple, are in the north, Caigou Academy and the other ancient cultural sites are in the north; the beautiful Danshan Mountain is in the west. Qingdao- Yinchuan high-speed way, Danshan tower and cable-stayed bridge, the Chengyang TV tower on the mountain top reflect and shine mutually with Yuntougu scenic spot which are the perfect pair. All of those form the fascinating Yuntougu ecological agriculture sightseeing area.

    Along this travel and tourism zone, you can enjoy the scenic around the road and experience the panic, surprising, dangerous and elegant passion and happiness, and the farmer’s sentiment. The north of the village is Yuntougu reservoir named Bawangtai reservoir. There is a soil platform in the middle of the reservoir, which is said that it is troopers’ platform of the overlord and the sword which is stored in Qingdao Museum was excavated from there. Around the reservoir, the scenery is beautiful and the place is the newly developed a thousand acres tea plantation eco-tourism zone. The layers upon layers terraces situates beside the mountain which looks like a thousand acres green earth. Travel from the west of the mountain, the tourists can pick up and drink tea, climb and whiff leisurely. Along the road, the view is beautiful which looks like the pearls dropped on the earth everywhere. There are the “Mandarin Duck Pool” which stands for the eternal love; “Shichangyuan” which was used as the dinner table for the Eight Immortals; “Mystery Fountain” which does not have drought; “Wangkeng” which was the bed for overlord Chu. There are three mountain tops they are Dagu, Ergu, Sanhonggu which usually are white and become red in the rainy day. At present, between the three mountains there is a special bridge. Tourists can view the three mountains by walking through the bridge. Under the three mountains, there are Geziwo. Upon the three mountains there are Macaoshi, Yingzuishi, Biegaishi. The most wonderful place is Erzhishi which means that if you throw a stone into the hole, you will have a baby. The luxurious trees, ridges and peaks, marvelous peaks and fairy stones, steep cliff are in the east of the three mountains. The running water among the vales infuses into Bawangtai Reservoir perennially. If the travelers feel tired and thirsty, you can sit in the gloriette and have tea. You can go to the archery base to shoot arrow and experience the pleasure. Otherwise, you can go to the fruits garden to experience the interest of picking fruits. If you feel hungry, you can go to the rural villa to have a taste of rural meal and be the famer. You can continuously to travel on the ten kilometers long mountain path which was opened newly to view the entire scene along the road.
